Flight Centre North Lakes

Booked flights at the North Lakes store with the lovely Emily! Due to unforeseen circumstances a fortnight later I had to rebook the flights and she made the whole experience stress-free. She is warm, personable and efficient. I would highly recommend booking with her for future trips!

Jess just helped us buy tickets to London, and home from Rome, including travel insurance. She was relaxed and competent and we are so grateful and excited!

Had the worst experience. Went in to try and book our honeymoon. Said we had 10k each for a budget, young blonde girl just looked at us very vaguely. Didn’t offer us to sit down, didn’t show any packages was so disinterested. Felt like I was interrupting her day at the nail salon? Was so disappointing. I mean we have something called the internet where we can book things, that makes this place redundant, which We usually do, but this time we thought maybe an expert could show us some better places we haven’t thought of, use local business because times are tough for people, I was sadly mistaken. It was really poor service no idea how this person has a job, either a managers daughter or relative or really poor management / training.

Horrible staff member. She told us she can't really help us as she only knows as much as we do. And the eye rolls didn't help. OMG, don't waste your time, just book your own holiday. I walked out after she told us we had to give her exact dates or she couldn't assist us, leaning back and folding her arms. I worked in retail many years, and this was just pathetic.

Fantastic team at FC North Lakes! They have looked after me for years 10 out of 10 service. Just came back from an incredible honeymoon thank you to Kate and Jen. Highly recommend.

Whenever my partner and I are planning a trip we always contact Bianca. She has a great knowledge of the industry and is quick to respond to any questions we have! Can't recommend her enough!

reviews need a zero star for this companyvisited Northlakes flight center with my wife to book a flight to Europe. would not recommended anyone i know. JESS has the worst customer service. she would rather sit there and drink her iced coffee . no interest at all to search for flights for us. reading over the reviews jess seems to be an issue at this center. the issue is with the store manager or owner who hasn't FIRED or Given that woman a warning. jess if you don't like your job go home quit and give the job to someone who's happy to work. wife and i had the money ready to book flights & hotels

Kellie Byrnes is amazing. She is knowledgeable and has eye for detail in putting together our itinerary. She went above and beyond in making sure we have ample time for our connecting flights. Very professional and has a warm personality. I look forward to seeing Kellie again for our next trip. Thank you so much for your help♥️
