Shannon and John what can I say, I have never experienced such amazing customer service, they went out of there way to provide the item I needed from start to finish. I have finally tested the tyre inflator with my Dad's car and it works like a dream, you are my saviours. There's no way any other business would've gone to the level you both did, thank you for going above and beyond your role. You saved me a lot of extra work, time and effort. Had a 10/10 customer service experience with Jamie who helped me find the correct bolts for my Bullbar and got the workshop to adjust my towbar. Didn't make me feel like an idiot. Great vibe in the store and work shop. ARB recommend I go to them to get parts they couldn't be bothered to supply.Best hardware/car parts store I've ever visited.
