Minto Mall Medical Centre

Friendly staff and good location. They are a team of seven highly competent doctors. Parking was available despite plenty of Minto Marketplace parking right next door. Nice clean welcoming building conveniently located right next to shopping centre right off the main junction. Relatively low wait times.

Receptionists are all absolutely lovely!! For such a demanding job and having to deal with so many rude customers on a daily basis these receptionists 100% uphold outstanding customer service, some of the patients I saw while sitting in the waiting room where just absolutely horrible and these girls did an absolutely awesome job at handling those patients. The doctors are also so wonderful and take your concerns seriously. Absolutely love this medical centre.

Made appointment for Covid vaccine for 11.30am but waited for more than half hour. Then receptionist told us that they have only one nurse who is doing 5/6 people's job and they dont know how long will it take. So guys be careful if you planning to visit this place.

I should say that all the receptionists I found are lovely and caring except the one who is very rude, no smile, no softness and infact having no helping attitude. I personally would like to avoid that lady but unfortunately sometimes she is the one I had to meet.I don't know why the medical centre still keep this lady in the reception. I really surprise how a lady with such attitude still be able to continue her job at reception. Reception should be warm and welcoming but she is the opposite

I am very confident and have built a good trust in Dr. Dogra and Dr. Pillai. They are both very professional and caring.However, two months ago I got there and was told my appointment was a phone consultation, when I said. “No, it is not a phone consultation but a face to face.” The young receptionist abused me and was extremely rude, and she should not be dealing with public in any way with the bad attitude she has.Also, the young receptionists seem to be rather in efficient.

The doctors are lovely but Reception are abrupt and rude. I appreciate that their role would be challenging and I always try to come across as polite and accommodating, but majority of the time any encounter with Reception is really unpleasant. Its like they pounce on every opportunity to provide a negative response. Happy that I don't have to visit the docs very often!

Receptionist are very unresponsive and not treating equally for the patients in this place. Actually I had a very unpleasant experience with this medical centre service. I booked an appointment for my 19 months baby before and I went there even few minutes earlier than the given time. I waited and waited for almost 2 and half hours. Even though, I was booking appointment and it was saying for 12.15pm. Lots of people came after me could get chance to see the doctor. It was until 1.45 pm they still didn’t gave us chance to see with doctor for my baby. When I asked they were saying there is still 5 people infront of you. Later, It was around 2.30 she still saying 4 people in front of you. Seen that she passed around 30 people after coming me, see doctors and go. No, priority for little kids. Receptionist are seen with very unusual behaviour in this place.

Worst doctor surgery! Book an appointment and spent 1 hour there waiting what's the point of booking? And to top it all off I missed the pathology by 5 minutes because i had to wait so the biggest waste of my time. They must double book. There really isn't one doctor surgery these days that actually takes you when they say.
