Driveway masters

Hi, the reason why you don't have any outstanding invoices is because the builder paid for the job with assurance that you would be back to finish the job, which you haven't. You would know which job this is about as my builder has been calling your office constantly to follow up for me.I will happily call the office in the morning. Hopefully you will then show up to finish the work that you have been paid to do. I also hope the crack in the driveway does not deteriorate further. Again my builder has sent you photos so you are aware and he was assured you would come back and add the expansion joints. But no show again.Stay away from Driveway Masters. They started the job months ago, left it unfinished for months with only the rio down which meant I could no longer drive into my driveway. And I had a broken leg at the time which they knew. Now they haven't come back to put in the expansion joints so my driveway has started to crack. Infact they told my builder that they have come by to do the expansion joints but I told them to leave which is an absolute lie. Unprofessional and unreliable!!!!!

I had my driveway repaved in exposed aggregate. The experience from quoting the job to delivery was professional and seamless. The team went the extra mile by noticing and fixing a leaking pipe while working on the driveway. Very happy customer

Fast to quote but we had to book well ahead because they are so busy. At least they put this up front, not just accepted the job then delayed it like many other trades leading to frustration and disappointment.No delays, they turned up on the day as planned with a crew of friendly experienced staff who just got to work with the digging, grading and preparation and had it done in no time. Two days later a great concrete crew arrived, again as planned which is what you want, they set up, pumped, smoothed and did a superb job with the colored concrete. Two days later the formwork disappeared like magic! It’s a shame many other Tassie trades aren’t as professional as these guys.I would certainly recommend them. Well done Driveway Masters.

Very professional on all aspects of the job, taking out old driveway and replacing it with a high quality one. Staff were friendly and did a great job. The price was fantastic and the finished product looks great. Well done to all workers. The only downside was the time it took to remove the boxing, a whole week.

After hearing the add on the radio I decided to get a quote with driveway masters and I was not disappointed! They were prompt to quote and great value for money. I had options explained to me about the best choices for my driveway to achieve the results I wanted in my price range and I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend

Driveway breaking up after 3 months. Spent the last 4 months trying to get them back. No returned phone calls or messages. Stay away.Edit: Had another company come to repair the driveway and they could not believe how poorly it was done originally. Minimal road base, no drainage and just general amateur work. 1 year on and no signs of any cracking or break up, which I'm pleased about, however not pleased about having to pay twice to get the driveway to a standard that it should have been in the first place. The fact that I couldn't get Driveway Masters to come back to even inspect their work and couldn't even get them to answer the phone says to me they knew how bad their work was. Ironically, one company I rang for a quote to repair, guessed that Driveway Masters had done the original job before I even told them, not a great reputation within their industry if you make a few phone calls.I would be very sceptical of the positive reviews.

Prompt quote and service prior to the job being completed - for cash, with receipt promised - but poor service afterwards. 2 months of phone calls and sms's to Ronnie (the boss) requesting the receipt with promises from him that he would send one, yet I don't have one in my hand.The driveway (new bitumen) was also left with large mud marks over part of it that Ronnie promised would come off with the rain. They looked like they would, so we let that go, but even after 126mm in 24hours last week, the marks are still there. There was a hot day immediately after the new bitumen went down, and even though I didn't drive on it for about 30 hours, the car tires left imprints on the bitumen. After repeated phone calls for Ronnie to look at this, he promised that 'someone was on the way' yet never turned up - a complete lie!I would not recommend Driveway Masters at all, or use them again myself.
