Great range of costumes and accessories for both hire and purchase. Very helpful staff. We've used them a couple of times recently when invited to events needing a costume for a special theme.It was really great when we arrived at a party and everyone was complimenting us and asking where we got the costumes from.

Outstanding service coupled with a massive range of costumes.All costumes were of a high standard, well maintained and clean.Robyn and the team made the whole experience a fun and helped to create greatness. Lots of accessories are available to purchase and pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend for any themed event you are going to.

Had such a great experience here. I needed quite a few things at 5pm on the Friday before Halloween weekend. A staff member came to greet me at the door, escorted me around the store and directed me to everything I needed. Turned a trip I was dreading into a 5 min breeze. I think she may have been a casual staff member (grey hoodie, black ponytail), but she should be made a full timer if she wants it!

Selection for a child around size 5 was limited. Staff member was reluctant to assist me although her attitude did improve after I asked twice. Sign on the wall telling me we couldn't open packaging or try on costumes but staff member told me I could (I think to get me to go away). Wasn't impressed with the quality or options when most were around $60. Happy to pay that much for decent quality. Most looked like $10 eBay costumes. Didn't purchase and still looking for a decent costume place for kids.

Excellent customer service. They didn't have the ballet skirt size that I was after and they were happy to order in the size for me. Would recommend.

Great costume hire place, lots of costume themes to choose from. Able to try on in store. Reasonable price and helpful staff. Got lots of comments on how great my costume was!

The selection of costumes was amazing! Maureen was fantastic - she was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable - really dressed us up properly for our 60s theme night party. The host was delighted. Thanks for helping make it a great night.

Useless service in the stage right dance wear(ballet section). When spoke to 2 employees they stated that they are not qualified in section and no one that cld assist. Get proper qualified customer oriented employees. Just lost a few customers.Very sad experience.Not even worth a star
