My experience with Iceberg was exceptional. Anna was very communicative and worked with me to define the types of roles I was seeking and matched me with the best opportunities available. She was an advocate on my behalf and always willing to share information on the companies and staff profiled. She never dropped the ball - she was always pushing forward to get interview times set, contracts in and everything in line to start work. She was straightforward and honest about every process, which I appreciated to set my own expectations as a Canadian in Australia.
