Ordered a week ago they spelt my GF name wrong they 1st told me they could not deliver on the day requested after I demanded my money back the then told me they could deliver.Checked my delivery and they where going to deliver before 6pm the GF leaves at 5pmThen the excuse the traffic bad normally 20 minutes from the store to the officePlenty of excuses but 0 customer serviceour anniversary but they don't care they only want money

Not happy with quality & size of flowers supplied as ordered for amount paid $149… feeling very ripped off! Photos show what was received vs online order photo, despite being reassured when placing order over the phone that flowers would be supplied as advertised on their website. Also ribbon around wrapping has black stains :(Postscript: Business Owner phoned to offer me an immediate remediation. Happy to say I'm extremely pleased with the manner in which they handled this matter & the compensation offered. All in all a very satisfactory outcome which has prompted me to upgrade my review from 2 stars to 4 stars :)
