Dean arrived on time, cheerful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He got on with his work promptly, answered any questions I had knowledgeably and cleaned up after himself. I was home during the service and he worked around me. The cleaner used did not smell chemical at all, which I had been concerned about. My tiles feel so good underfoot now, and a visitor commented this morning on how the tile pattern is much more visible.

Just want to say thank you for the flawless service. Your team did a fantastic job on all 3 wool rugs we have. Each one was a mess and they came back looking great. Thank you.

All I can say is WOW what an amazing job Jacob and Glen did today on our house tiles. They look like they were laid yesterday. And to boot both guys were amazingly polite and very very caring as far as making us happy. Well done guys. Would definitely recommend Abbott Cleaning Service. Can't wait to get the blinds done next.

I wanted my curtains cleaned but not dry cleaned. Abbott did a brilliant job and did exactly what I requested, Glenn collected the curtains, he took them down having first photographed them in situ. I got the first 2 rooms back in 2 days. Fantastic service. Glenn hung them up again, they looked great - no creases at all and all marks (there were a few) removed. My curtains had linings that hung off the hooks. All of this was fine. My third room was done a few weeks later as I was not going to hang them up again (new window coverings). I requested the curtains be folded carefully and wrapped in polythene to be stored. I got exactly that. Communication was extremely good, service efficient and expert. I am very pleased and would recommend this service. My curtains were full length heavy cotton/linen mix and the linings were polyester.

The internal floors were 100% better than what a general clean gave. The verandah still had staiing but still a lot better than it was.Thanks Abbots

I had a number of very large roller blinds cleaned and was very happy with the outcome and the prompt, efficient and friendly service I received from Glen and the team at Abbotts.

Abbott cleaning services came and cleaned our interior and exterior cushions on a 66ft yacht. Blown away by the attention to detail, knowledge and friendly service given by Jacob. Would highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again next time we are in Darwin. Two thumbs up!!

Can’t fault their customer service, and quality of work. They make it an easy process to get a job done. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely give them my business in the future.

Update: After my review, Ian contacted me and we discussed my disappointment with the outcome. He then arranged to come and re-clean the floors, and identified that the highly porous tile composition meant that even their most powerful cleaning agents would not be able to lift the staining. I appreciated his honest, open response, and willingness to address my concerns.Previous review: The booking process was easy and the service agent was punctual and pleasant. They worked on two bathrooms where the tiles were stained by mud and water, and removed the worst of the staining. Disappointingly, the staining still remained after they had applied two treatments. They also removed rubber which had adhered to some verandah tiles, and did a great job with that. My two star rating is because the staining was not removed from the bathroom tiles.

All communications with Abbott Cleaning Service was easy and straight forward. On the day Ian arrived on time and together we talked about the service provided and requirements from me. I then left Ian to do his thing and when I came back, the property looked amazing. It's my first time having to deal with mould and Ian gave me useful information moving forward. I can't recommend the team highly enough and would use them again in a heartbeat if needed.Thanks for a wonderful experience.
