Extremely poor communication, many emails ignored, bills/debits regularly messed up, takes months of emails to get rectified. Kids vouchers take forever to be applied to your account. We've experienced kids being screamed at and intimidated, my child has come home in tears a few times and we've seen it happen to others. Broken bones and yet no duty of care (child left to sit with broken arm, parents not called, arm shaking from pain and force of landing). Now chasing refund for fees not used and they are refusing 2/3rds of it. I've since been contacted by others who are experiencing the same issue with refunds and have claims in with Dept fair trading &/or tribunal. Gym owner trys to play the victim when parents have finally had a gutfull and speak out, calling them Karen's and bully's. Ive personally experienced untruths from 1 of the owners, the other is lovely and not involved in the billing side of things.

my kids attended this gym for 6 years, they had some great challeanges and it all came out positive. they loved to do competative cheerleading and the Team at Oxygen certainly helped them shine. Thanks Ryan and Courtney

Supportive, positive environment. My daughter started here last year and is a different kid. Not only have her skills improved out of sight, her confidence has grown and she’s made a lot of friends. She comes home exhausted but genuinely happy. Such a great club, so glad we made the move.
