Bought a sym classic 125 off team moto Epping as a commuter. Couldn't be happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. Shane who sold me the bike, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Was more than fair in negotiating the price, and I felt like he was genuinely there to help me and not just push stock onto me.I will definitely go back to shane when I need to buy my next bike, wouldn't go anywhere else.

While we didn't end up purchasing a bike from you guys, you're salesman, Lucky, was the most informative, approachable and easy to talk to salesman that I have encountered in a long time. He is very knowledgeable without an ego and he was more than helpful in assisting my son with his upcoming learner test and helped dispel any apprehension he had. Everyone was helpful in store but special mention to Lucky. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Bought brand New motorbike from Team Moto Epping, friendly staff, great service, highly recommend

I purchased a vulcan s, I received it damaged and they took photos to get a new fender for it.The salesman has left, it's been 7 months, still no replacement part, and now there is no paper trail.If you want to purchase from a company that has no care once the bike has left, waste your money here. Otherwise look elsewhere and pay a bit more where you are valued.

As someone who is very green" when it comes to Motorbikes

Extremely pleased with the customer service of the team, and especially Richard. Very accomodating with my requests, and very clear communication from Richard for a new bike release (Honda cb750 Hornet). Cannot wait to return here.

Sales people were unresponsive until I sat on a bike that had been sold. Didn't see the little sticker. He wasn't particularly pleasant in the way he informed me. Was looking at possible purchase of 350 ktm. Looking at other brands now.

4 week delay doing this review. I came in to buy my son new boots, walked in, seems like everyone is scared to give eye contact. Same staff Member walked past me 3 times didn't ask once if I needed any help.I then went to go inspect new kx250f, 3 sales guys sitting at desk, I would say between inspecting bikes for at least 12-15mins not one person came up, in the end I shook my head and walked out, was absolutely shocked at the service, or maybe no service. If im spending 16k why should I ask for help. I walked out, the only person that was with customers and on the phone was a girl at the desk. I walked out and she must of seen me shake my head. She actually ran out and said im sorry, please come in. Glad she was doing her job, 3 guys to lazy to get up. I said thanks at least your doing a good job. Just because your the only dealer in North east Melbourne doesn't mean you can't help. Honda and Kawasaki should train staff how to sell and be customer focused. OWNER TRAIN STAFF ON MEET AND GREET.
