VIP Car Detailing Newcastle

got my very faded/yellowed headlights restored here and they did an amazing job, they look almost brand new again and crystal clear like glass. all under half an hour. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend these guys.

Very happy with service my van came up so good being a work van it was pretty untidy But after having it detailed by these guys it looked so clean and shiny inside the vehicle almost looked new would highly recommend so glad I got my van detailed prior to selling sold the first day on market to the first buyer thanks to VIP Detailing

A very disappointing / unsettling experience.My mother dropped her 2021 Mercedes SUV off for a detail and I thought I would be remiss not to mention two items - especially as one is a safety item.Item one: This is a real concern - mere weeks after having the car detailed she was having a child seat fitted and the seat-belt literally disconnected from its fitting (not just the clasp)" in the guys hand. Friendly staff, quick quote & book in time and most importantly, extremely impressive job.# HIGHLY RECOMMENDED #I received a quick response for an urgent job that I originally thought would be difficult to be able to get anyone to do on our work vehicle and it was booked in for the next morning. The state of the car was pretty bad when I left it with VIP and I was able to pick up the vehicle well in time for the next shift to start.When I jumped into the car, I was amazed of the transformation. Quick service although I was a bit disappointed with the results of my basic wash service. Car came back with dirt makes on the interior scuff panels and bugs on the front bumper. I noted the bugs on the front bumper and were told they were impossible to remove and stuck on “Imbedded in the paint”. I was able to wipe them off with my finger.

Absolutely outstanding job! Rick, Matt and the team did a fantastic job on my 6yr old Volvo, paintwork had so many swirl marks and scratches in it, and the job they did made it look like brand new again.Could not recommend these guys enough, the detail they put in and the drop off and pick up service was fantastic! Thanks Rick and the team for an outstanding result. Though I arrived a little late nothing was a hassle, car was ready on time and for a very reasonable price. I also got the Sale photos package so all I have to do is upload them to carsales. NICE!

Amazing service from friendly people. I brought a vehicle in for headlight restoration and was amazed with the results. Very affordable and much quicker than I was expecting. I'll be back
