Disappointed with the package we purchased today. The price on the website was wrong and we got charged more and services on the website such as paraffin wax was not even done. Really disappointed. We won't be back!!!

I bought a foundation from your store- noting that it was $35 more than what I could have purchased online. However, because the staff member had taken time to apply this product I felt obligated through a sense of decency to purchase the product. Deciding that it wasn't appropriate for me I returned with the un opened product expecting customer service and the recognition that the success of the business is dependant on it. As I was waiting the staff member at the time was on her mobile phone. She then accused me then of opening the package, her manner rude and accusatory. Consequently I was unable to return the product and this lack of co-operation and patronising treatment of me I will be taking my business elsewhere. I run a beauty instagram with 7,000 followers and the review of your business will not be favourable. As you aware a business thrives or dies on word mouth.
