I’ve been with Home Instead just over a year and can’t speak highly enough of the team. After my long stint in hospital, I needed daily support going home. Home Instead made this transition a much easier and less worrying one. A special thanks to my two regular support workers, you both do a fantastic job and I’m ever so grateful for your care.

We found the staff at Home Instead to be very well trained. They were flexible in helping my husband and were always respectful and very kind. The office staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed extra support for my husband. We were able to have consistent carers and this made a huge difference as my husband was able to develop trust in his carers. The carers brought many personal skills to their work. They were patient and responsive to what was happening . My husband has a neurological condition which fluctuates and they were able to adjust to his requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead if you need carers, and I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues.

Home Instead provided 24 hour in home care for my elderly parents for 12 months.I can highly recommend the company.The carers were professional, caring, respectful and treated both Mum and Dad with dignity and kindness.As the family contact person for the service I was given the same respect from the Management team at Home Instead.My contact or query was always positive and dealt with in a timely fashion.My dear mother required the 24 hr care from Home Instead and because of it was able to remain at home until she passed away peacefully in January.My father remains a client of Home Instead receiving the care to manage his needs at home. Home Instead enabled my Dad to stay in his home and for me to be his daughter and not his carer. Home Instead provided a personalised care to both my father and myself, as the family member over seeing Dad's care. I found their responsiveness to my requests and questions was second to none.Having a care manager who liaises with me directly enabled me to make the last 6 months of my Dad's life the best it could be, despite his declining health. The carers were excellent and were good humored about Dad's quirks, treating him with the utmost respect and kindness. I highly recommend Home Instead as they made Dad's and my life so much better. As a home visiting Physio, I regularly visit a client who receives care support from Home Instead. I frequently cross paths with the carers and they are all wonderful.I am always welcomed with the warmest of welcomes and helped so much to get my client on board with her exercises. The carers’ manner with my client is just so truly beautiful.It’s a tough job. It’s an undervalued job. But the carers at Home Instead do their job with empathy, positivity, and genuine care. They are truly wonderful and inspiring.

I am writing this review to highly recommend Home Instead. My elderly parents use this service on a weekly basis to get out and about independently as it became too unsafe to go out with no assistance.They very much much enjoy their outings with Con their regular carer and look forward to every outing.It is such a pleasure to hear about their stories and outings. I am a recent employee of Home Instead and I believe a few things are gold standard. The client care plans are easy to read, very thorough and describe personality well making conversation topics easy to address. The training is awesome and plenty of opportunity to keep growing on knowledge base.
