The nursing and surgical team were caring and professional at every point. My augmentation results are perfect and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this practice. Thank you all so very much.

I had a great result. The bold spot is no more and on top of that it was a lovely experience. The surgery itself was painless with a bit of numbing and itchiness for a few days to remind you of the amazing experience it is to have 1000 hair implanted into a barren part of my head. You wouldn't want it to go wrong though. That's why I went with one of the most qualified, experienced and respected surgeon in Australia. A few months ago, I had laser dermabrasion and was thrilled with the results dr Carlos produced. 3 weeks ago, Dr Flynn gave me a hugely successful mini facelift. The aftercare for both procedures was terrific. For the lift, the aftercare includes light therapy at the Norwood Day Spa, which I’ve received from the delightful Felice, who will soon be giving me the complementary post-op makeover. The cost for all procedures has been considerably less than that charged by other plastic surgery outfits, and so, i have to say that as I am happy as I could be!

I have to say I would never usually go to the extent of writing a review .. however, being someone that works in a Day Surgery environment with surgeons - I was extremely disappointed with my consultation with Dr Flynn. I have never felt so ridiculed or down graded in my life and coming to a plastic surgeon you are already feeling vulnerable. The clinic itself was beautiful and staff lovely but I would not recommend Dr Flynn in the slightest purely due to his bedside manner.

I had a hairline lowering procedure done by Dr Marzola and could not be happier with my results and experience! Him and the team were very professional, supportive, and friendly, ensuring you are in good hands. Highly recommend!

After being referred to dr Girardi by a friend who recently had surgery, I was so excited to finally see a surgeon for breast augmentation and lift. The girls at the front desk were great but unfortunately that’s where it stopped. I was made to feel like what I wanted impossible, I was told my surgery would be to complicated as I’m large busted and with a bad pstosis. Ididn’t have unrealistic expectations as I was under the impression that a lift and implant was possible at any size. He commented on my weight which I didn’t see an issue as I’m in no way big. He gave options but was told that if I was to proceed I’d need to really think what I wanted. I already knew what I was after. I found his approach very dry and rude not to mention him forgetting my name when speaking with the girls at the end of my appointment. It was in bold letters on his computer screen he looked at most of the appointment. I was left feeling like I was a lost cause and what I wanted was out of reach. I don’t cry much but after this appointment I cried to my husband. It was meant to be such an exciting journey and this has left me feeling more self conscious than before. After careful consideration I will be seeking another surgeon and one that has more experience with large busted woman and can have some bedside manner. Such a shame if someone isn’t confident in his practice then be honest and upfront to say rather than making vulnerable woman feel this way.

So happy with my surgeon, Dr Peter Girardi!Had a breast augmentation with Dr Peter Girardi (I’m one day post op) and and so pleased with the results and the process. So much in-depth information was given from reception staff, nurses, Helen, the anaesthetist and of course Dr Girardi. It was my first surgery and it ran so smoothly. Other than a tight chest, I have felt fine and feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back in for some treatments at Norwood Day Spa!

It has been nearly 2-years since my face & neck surgery by the extremely skilled Dr. John Flynn and I feel terrible for not posting something earlier - better late than never! I went to see Dr. Mario today for a laser skin consultation. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the best option for me, but the service was excellent. Dr. Mario was very nice and considerate, as were the receptionists. Very happy with my experience!
