Really good online choice for click and collect. Was still able to try clothes on and workwear in store, even with restrictions.Very helpful friendly staff that were happy to modify my online order when I was unhappy with one item, even when I had purchased via ZIPPAY.Excellent service!

I had quite a few orders from this store online. Good to see they are still passionate to help us working dogs out with high quality clothes during this difficult Covid19 pandemic. Those of us fortunate enough to have a job, even an insecure one, still need work clothes.

Difficult to review this one. I was in the store Monday and received impeccable service from a shorter fair haired lady with boots. She gave me options and information but was hindered by stock I needed in my size. I went home did more research and went back this morning (Thursday) armed to spend on 2 pairs of boots. Two ladies behind the desk did not acknowledge me walking around and inspecting the boots nor even attempt to offer assistance when I begn trying boots. I was in store for approx 25min from 8am. I purchased 1 pair of boots without assistance but I was greatful for the information I received Monday previous. Great store and huge stockhold.

Tried to return a faulty pair of pants. They said they were too dirty to return and won’t be able resell them. What a joke! Why would they resell faulty pants. Won’t be shopping here again

Got myself a, longed for, pair of Womens Steel Blue Work boots yesterday. Great range of EVERYTHING and if it's not in stock, they'll get it in for you. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

Self employed truck driver and business owner.went to purchase new work wear for myself and safety glasses for my wife who is a nurse. was greeted by security who wanted either a work permit or white/red card for entry. when i pointed out i was purchasing safety glasses for the wife and protective clothing for myself. he decided since i dont have a white card she should go and make the purchases.how can she buy protective clothing for me?thanks rsea, i will make my purchases elsewhere.

We have visited this store 8-9 times in the last year as they are one of only places that sell Carhartt workwear. Every single time we have been in there the stock is always majority sized Small and X-Small, they never have the size X-Large. All of the racks are always so full of the small sizes so it takes a long time to look through them. Im not sure if the larger sizes out that quickly or if it they never have restock those sizes. Extremely frustrating and we will never return to this store again.
