The paralegal handled the transaction with no fuss, kept me informed at all times of the status of the transfer, all required activities were done in a timely schedule with nothing left to the last minute. All questions and issues were promptly dealt with. Great work to complete the conveyancing in a short time frame. Highly recommended particularly as I consider this real value for money

Communication with this company is an issue. Information is very much copy and paste on emails without adequate checking. I decided not to continue after wrong address used and incorrect fees template copied on the last email.An Important comment is that, their initial contact team don't seem knowledgeable to inform client of risks, issues. Rather, everything is fine and ok.They are not the cheapest in price too.I'm not sure how this company got so many 5 stars rating.

These guys are no fuss, bare bones all you need. Have used them 4 times, 3 times were routine. Savings aplenty, last time difficult purchaser and they were stars. Can't recommend them enough. Very good value for money, price is so fair and they produce in the odd occasion things get complicated.
