Came here previously about 6 months ago to get a prescription.Booked an appointment here a week ago for a doctors appointment to get a script today. On arrival, I noticed signs about wearing a mask. An sms reminder was sent yesterday with no mention of mask wearing. Went up to the receptionist (lady with glasses and tanned skin) and she didn’t bother checking my details etc. just asked if I had a mask and if not - to get one from the news agency opposite. Fair, even though mask regulations have relaxed now - went to buy a mask from the news agency. (Maybe on the sms reminder also tell your patients they need to bring a mask?)Went back to the clinic and she asked if I had a Centrelink card. I gave her a Medicare card and that’s when she informed me that the clinic was no longer bulk billed. And has not been since August this year. I love how these service providers assume their clients are Jesus and naturally know that1) We need to wear a mask when coming to this clinic2) They have switched to being a private clinic when they were bulkbilled previouslyIf the receptionist told me they are no longer bulk billed I wouldn’t even have bothered buying a mask? Maybe send an email or sms to your existing clients about the change? She was going to charge for a consult - not today Satan. Cancelled my appointment and left. And you wonder why they have a total of 3 stars on average for their clinic.

Used to be my go to medical centre as was quite easy to get an appointment and they were always very accommodating.Welcome 2023, no more bulk billing and call on a Monday afternoon to make an appointment as I need a referral to see a specialist (fourth or fifth time) having to do so as the previous Dr's would not give me an open referral and wanted a Dr's name to put on referral letter. So I spent nearly $500 to get referrals to specialists, to get in to see one and then and they weren't the right specialist for me. I know you can't put a price on you're health but........

Went in for a prescription but the receptionist failed to notify my doctor of my arrival, a booked appointment. I waited an 3/4 HOUR before prompting her then she was rude.. Not a well run or friendly surgery.. All up I waited an hour in a waiting room of ill patient 's and my doctor wasn't busy..

I have been going in to see Dr Mandic. I had some complex health issues and he really helped me get to the bottom of them. I was referred to ED immediately one day in after hours time as he picked up on what was going on from some blood tests and it was life saving. Now I have full confidence in staying on top of my health. Thank you to the clinic for optimal care!!

Really disappointed with this place, receptionists aren't even wearing the proper masks during this Omicron outbreak (cloth which do nothing) for starters then cannot even wear it properly, only wears it over her mouth! Then constantly is fiddling with it.With everything above may as well not be even wearing one, at least people could see first hand to avoid the place instead of secretly spreading Covid around!

Have seen Dr Mandic since to moved to the city a year ago. After my last visit I will not be seeing him as my doctor again. Was so nasty and had me in tears I wanted to run out his office. The way he acted was like a child throwing a tantrum. My thoughts and opinions matter.

I have seen multiple doctors at Coolbellup medical centre and have found them all very friendly and know what they are talking about.I am currently seeing Dr James Paratore for having bad headaches and he checked the worst possible option first and them went down from there. i found out that I suffer with migraines and I am happy I went to see Dr James Paratore as I felt relief knowing that it is not something wrong with my brain.Whenever I go into the medical centre I feel very welcome as the receptionists are really polite and always do there best to fit you in to get an appointment.

If I could give zero starts I would. Would not recommend to anyone. Asked to get blood tests done and was told I will get a phone call with results. No phone call. Booked in to see the clinic for results and they just “forgot” to take the test I needed on my bloods. Unbelievable

Have seen Dr Mandic, Dr Ali and Dr Angela all with fantastic experiences each time. Highly recommended.I'm disappointed however that the staff aren't wearing masks properly during mandates and as as mandates are removed they stop wearing them all together, even though sick people go here (obviously) and the government said high risk places should be wearing masks.Even the pharmacy staff are still wearing masks (well done to them).

Appointment for a script for my baby. When asked if cold and flu symptoms by admin I told them bub had teething cough from excessive drool - 3 molars. No other cold/flu symptoms. Was told this was okay. Appt was 20 minutes late. When Dr Paul asked about cold/flu I repeated what I’d told admin. Dr Paul told me we had to leave immediately because all coughs have to be phone appointments. Dr sent us back out to admin area. Waited another 6 minutes for him to come out with script, he then took us out to the main shopping area to talk to us about treatment. Terrible communication between admin/medical staff and also made to feel like we’d done the wrong thing.
