Telstra Queanbeyan

Horrible experience.. went in with issue yesterday to be told they would call me to come back in store. Phone was not able to receive calls or messages. So go figure and again this morning to be told issue working and it was simple. Phone still mucking up will not connect to internet and on a plan.. went back in again.. one staff person working out the front and multiple people in store requiring assistance. This store used to be amazing so not sure what has happened.Went back into store yet againthis morning... managed to get a guy who tried to help.. it appeared to work for 2 mins walk out if the store and nothing.. he said he can send my phone to be looked at and fixed but I have to have a second phone to use.. they did not have loan phones. More frustration.. and phone still not working

Trainee was trying best but Telstra has let this customer down. Have been loyal for many years and was asking if they had a sim option for a 4G GPS unit that I could attach to my account and pay monthly for the meagre amount of data I would use monthly. All they could offer was a $2 starter pack that expires in several days but with the added $30 charge cost. Telstra! Listen to what we want. I am sure this is not the first time someone has asked.

Terrible customer service and they were then unable to assist with my enquiry, despiteme being able to do it online when I got home.

They don’t answer their phone during business hours, put customers through to a message bank during the day

Maybe change your store opening hours to the correct time so customers don’t get there and you’re closed. Novel idea.

Went into store spoke to new staff member.I then left with 2 other staff members standing behind me I felt uncomfortable. I then phoned back into speak to Chris 2ic to ask about a matter but he did not return phone call, after I left message with his female colleague. Whole ordeal was unpleasant. Hopefully Store Manager will call me back next time he is on duty.14th June: Sorted issues out with Qbn Store Manager

Worst telstra store in history.Bought a new I phone 14 pro max outright in December, took it back a week later in the 14days.The first worker didn't send it, 3 weeks later I rang and they assured me it was ordered , 2 days later they ring to say why is my old phone there, now after 2wks of promises still no phone.Went in on Saturday and they assured me would be Monday and they'd ring me.No phone call.Obviously not one good worker or manager.I'm now going tomorrow for refund and am not leaving till it's done as they Obviously can't organise anything and no customer service to make sure it's sorted.Do not use them.

During my last few visits to telstra queanbeyan I was assisted by Sudarshan. Sudarshan is highly intelligent and his knowledge of computers is second to none. Telstra needs people of his caleber working here. i was highly impressed with his knowledge and his friendly manner. i left telstra shop feeling very satisfied, for a change. i would highly recommend Sudarshan for a promotion anywhere.maria pukalskyj 20 June 2023

I was served by Ezra who showed excellent prompt, professional customer service. He built a rapport quickly and understood my actions quickly. He followed all the correct protocols regarding legal requirements when signing a contract. The store as whole worked well as a team to deliver the outcome. I was thoroughly impressed with how the team worked together.I received a follow up call (as I was told I would) from team member Clarissa - who showed excellent customer service & care of duty.I highly recommend the team at QBN Telstra for any of your enquiries or needs.
