Having a relative easy life of no major injuries , I was quite miffed when I heart my back playing golf! Mortified when Prasa said no more golf for a while !!! , how long is a while ? Was my first response! 6 to 8 weeks, I'm sure the whole of Sale heard me groan !!!. But happy to say with the assistance of Prasa I'm back on the course albeit at a gentler rate in just 4 Weeks, and doing excersizes to get me fitter than I have ever been.. thank you Prasa, your a champion.Dale Stammers
