My husband was an installer for this company for a short period of time and has not been paid for installation works that he has completed. The installations manager has claimed that the work was not complete and another installer completed the work.We have photo evidence that my husband completed the job on the 12th of November and even after providing this, they are still denying that my husband completed the job.Not only did my husband install this job for nothing, it was a complete waste of his time and fuel driving to the job site two times prior to installing because this company had not delivered the materials on time for the scheduled reworks.My husbands income supports our family and this is income that he had not received for the work that he has provided.Also very poor communication, emails and phone calls don't get answered.What a ridiculous company to deal with, if I could give this company negative stars I would.

Most unprofessional company you can deal with. I called them asking for some cabinets to be done post handover and wanted to know how much do they charge. As soon as I mentioned that the guy who calls himself the group business development manager was not happy or excited to say the least. He then took a month to ask me to send the plan to where I wanted the cabinets and then no response till date. Because the house is not built they can’t even given you a quote.I wonder how can that person be a business development manager when he does not have the professionalism to deal with clients. He would be driving clients away with his approach. If it was another place I would think he would not have a job.

These guys are the worst cabinet makers going around. My wife and I built our first home through Metricon, and unfortunately for us KI were the cabinet makers. The cabinets were originally installed mid-January, but they had used the wrong material for the doors and panels. I brought this issue up with the supervisor who contacted KI. They said it will take a few weeks to replace the doors as there is no material. I know there was plenty of material available in Victoria as I am a cabinet maker and have access to supplier info aswell. Anyway, it still took weeks for the new doors to be installed, but when they did do it, they were the exact same material as before. I ended up calling a rep from Laminex who got one of the doors tested, and he confirmed it was the wrong material. This was sent as an email to KI from Laminex, but we never heard back from KI. Turns out they received the email, but never read it because they assumed they were right. As they thought they were right they had sent their installer to continue installing the incorrect material. This was getting within weeks of our expected handover, and we still didn’t have the correct material installed. Even with this material it was installed poorly, panels way out level, incorrect gaps, and just overall messy install. We finally get to April, almost 3 months after original install, they finally have the right stuff, the install is better, not perfect, but we have our cabinets finally. I will have to fix a few things myself, like cleaning up all the edges, replacing shelves and adjusting gaps. I’m fortunate enough to have the knowledge to fix these issues, I feel for the many customers who have been screwed over by this company. I’m so glad that I wont have to deal with Kitchen Innovations again.Edit- not happy with KI response, stop trying to blame shortages, I have the exact same info as you, the colour selected never had stock issues, and most likely will never have issues with it.I have brought up many issues with Metricon, and now have to wait many months for someone to come out and rectify issues. I shouldn't have to fix issues on a brand new kitchen, but my bet is I will have to do it myself.

Very disappointed with their service. Kitchen innovations installed our large kitchen through a volume builder.Within a few months cabinetry doors fell off and cabinet handles snapped off. We had one guy come out, do a “temporary repair and see how it goes”. Big surprise, cupboard door fell off almost immediately and despite numerous phone calls and poor response, still hasn’t been repaired.If you plan on building with a volume builder, ask who installs the kitchen.If it’s these guys, don’t walk, RUN!!!

If I could give them -1, I would have done that.These guys installed all the joinery as part of a Bulk Builder for my new home. The reason I have gone out of my way to call only this trade out of the whole build process is because they did a shocking job. Their job was very unprofessional, nicks and chips everywhere, wrong measurements, incorrect sizing, no attention to detail, missing glue - basically overall shocking job. Even the builder was sick of them and could not get through. Looking at other reviews, inexperienced staff, no customer focus, and absolute no attention to detail is what defines this company.Now that I have been in the property for a few weeks, I can see how bad their work is.I would recommend anyone considering them independently or if your builder is using them - to please do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

they done the kitchen for me. i ring up and ask them for my cabinets details. just need to now the colour name of my cabinets. i give them my name and address. they came to my house to install the kitchen , i bielive that should be enough information. all i need is just tell me my cabinets colour name. but they try to make thing hard for you. they get me send through email with my information which i told them during the phone call. very hard to deal with. they dont care about their customers

Not good enough. Provided an incomplete Kitchen in a new-build then walked away from any responsibility to rectify once the house was handed over. Even had a C-Level staff advise You're not our customer anymore

Poor performance, poor product.Organised through our builder to have Kitchen Innovations build our wardrobe along with our kitchen. Initially when reading the plans they missed the wardrobe and never sent it which resulted in them not starting the job until 6 months after it should have been installed.When they came in to finally measure everything up, they measured it to be too short in terms of both height and depth and installed a barely use-able cupboard. We also paid for built in draws which had many issues.For one, they put the base of the draw, half way up the face of the drawer instead of the bottom, meaning I could only fit hankies and some jewellery in there - there was no room for every one folded jumper.I knew this would be an issue before they installed it and left a note for the tradie not to install it, however he directly ignored it an installed the draws anyway.Secondly, they used knobs when they should have just had an angled handle at the top of the drawer face and shortened the depth even further to account for this.Thirdly, they placed a shelf on top of the draws which fit the entire depth of the robe, meaning that when I open the top drawer, I can hardly slide my hand in there.Normally I wouldn't mind such poor performance if there was an active effort to rectify the issue, however I called the repair line many times and never got an answer. When I called sales (surprise surprise) they answered, but weren't keen to help. I explained the issues and arrived home after a weekend away to find a new set of draws to be installed (out the front in the rain) and quickly realised that they only lowered the draw bases and little. Looks like they are never going to do this job properly.TLDR; Pathetic. Do not recommend.

Just had a kitchen installed into my new BBQ Shed. The whole process was excellent from measure, design to install. Great choice of cupboards and stone, went for an industrial look and the Dekton stone was a great choice. Highly recommended!!!
