After traveling down the East coast that also involved a number of trail runs resulting in sodden and dirty running gear, these guys were brilliant in turning around in an afternoon our need to get the clothes clean before flying out of Tassie. Thank you.

Worst experience with a. Dry cleaner I’ve ever had. The owner is VERY rude & unprofessional! He ruined the clothing, came back wrinkled not even ironed!? He says no dry cleaner will take the time to read labels and clean them differently, that he does all his clothes the exact same??? How is that possible to admit you’re in business for 50 years and do everything the same. Clothes are made out of different materials, how can you be in business for so long! Offered me $100 when the clothes were $120 each. I said you committed to ordering new ones. He hung up on me. My experience with him and this company is they are 100% untrustworthy, unprofessional, uncaring, rude and selfish. & not understand expensive clothing requires different treatment? He raised his voice, hardly let me speak, kept changing his decision. I have spoken to him 3 times over 3 weeks & each timeMade a different agreeement. When I just called him again then he had not done anything he committed to doing to fix the problem. Originally asked to take the clothes back to him which was done and he gave the clothes back. Now stating he wants to keep the clothes. My experience is this owner and this business are unreliable, NOT trustworthy, unprofessional, rude, selfish and liars.

Great service but very expensive

Admits he didn’t read the label and has shrunk 3 expensive dress shirts. Says he’s been in business for 50 years and he said verbatim “I never read the labels, I wash all shirts the same”. He has not ironed them, they arrived back wrinkled and with a yellow tinge and shrunk so they are not wearable. Spoke with him 6-7 times and each time made a different promise; wanted to speak to his insurance, then the short company to check the correct washing manner even though the labels are clear. He continues to admit he didn’t read the label. Refuses to order replacement shirts. Refuses to call the company even though he advised multiple times over past 2-3 weeks to do so. Says he’s too busy to handle this. Continued to speak over me and deny liability even though he continues to agree he didn’t read the label. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and would highly recommend choosing a more professional company who values their customers and knows that clothes are different requiring different treatment.

Left my suit with a fountain pen in my pocket accidentally.They keep telling lie to me they never found it.Visited there for 3 times to find the fountain pen, no luck, I give up.Not a trustworthy business at all.
