Genuinely helpful service. Christina was really helpful in finding a suitbag for me even though she was working her way through a recent stock delivery. When she found one, it was put aside until I could make it back to pick up. She also helped find suitable power adaptors for an upcoming trip. Next piece of luggage I need I'll be getting from Strandbags at Rockingham

This has to be the worst strandbags store ever, zero customer service especially from a lady called Ashley whom I hear is the manager ( if the manager behaves so rudely you can imagine what happens in there). I'm a loyalty customer with strandbags in my local store but I was at rockingham and the Ashley lady attended to me so rudely, and when I was leaving and made a complain she kept saying you can go bye.... " several times . Just wondering if that's how they attend to everyone....horrible to say the least"

Hello Lovely people!Strandbags Rockingham are still in the shopping centre. However we are currently down the other end near Coles.We are moving again on the 1st of December and will be across from Kmart near our old store!
