Highly recommend Cheryl! I had a deep tissue and cupping and she targeted so many trigger points I didn’t even know were there, will definitely be back :)

I'm fussy when it comes to massage, so I was delighted to experience the skills and talent of a massage from Cheryl. I wanted something therapeutic and she was able to hit many trigger points. Some I didn't even know I had. Some massages can feel like someone is just pushing my skin around rather than target particular areas to give relief from pain. Excellent deep tissue work, but I hear she does a variety of styles.

Ive regularly visited Cheryl over the past 9mths leading up to my first body building competition. I found her to be nothing but professional, calming, experienced and educating. During my time with her, her services included remedial massage, dry needling, trigger point, lymphatic drainage & functional movement. Cheryl also offered a bulk package pricing which also tied in well with my health insurance saving myself money.I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone wanting a professional & friendly experience.

I have had Myotherapy and dry needling with Cheryl and she does an amazing job and is very knowledgeable in her craft. I will continue with her on a regular basis. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Cheryl's massages and cupping. Excellent massages, always fixes any muscle issues I have at the time. Love the fact she is mobile and can come to my home or hotel room.

My wife has been seeing Cheryl for 2 months, presenting with a complex lower back sprain preventing free movement which is unable to be treated with surgery. Cheryl demonstrated amazing competence from the first appointment helping to alleviate the pain . Through a series of Myotherapy sessions and exercises prescribed by Cheryl my wife has resumed her daily fitness regime and is well and truely on the road to recovery. You won’t find better.

Cheryl is fantastic! She pays close attention to detail in her massages and narrows in on problem areas. She doesn’t simply gloss over areas but really works at pinpointing problems and releasing them. She’s attentive to her clients preference for pressure and is open to feedback allowing the client to get exactly what they need. She does all this whilst also providing a relaxing and comfortable massage. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her services and I use her constantly to help relieve tension in my shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back and knees! She’s wonderful!
