Hired a car only for a day, but in the afternoon.Availability good.Service was a bit slow.Closes at 5pm so took the last booking at 4.30 got the car at 4.50pm.Compact car available.Phone service was good and detailed.Took insurance just in case for damages.

Absolutely shocking experience. Booked my moving truck 1 month ahead and paid for a trolley. On arrival, not only did they not have a trolley available and told me to „go to bunnings” but they were incredibly rude. I didn’t feel like I had many options left since I’d already wasted too much time, so I decided to go ahead with this booking, so they tried three of my cards… and still couldn’t process the payment. I ended up going to a different place and wasted 2hours that I could’ve used for moving. Beware!

Seems like you can trust Budget more. The other companies were happy to take my booking but then regarded it as just a request- no guarrantee. I could call the office here and confirm availability. Thanks for the great service. As an infrequent moving-truck user it was great to go over any queries, too easy with Rob.

Is Budget Staff authorised to stalk the customers, attack them outside his office space by stopping the vehicle and snatching the car keys if the authorised driver is allowing an unregistered person to drive the vehicle outside their premises. NO YOU DON'T. If the car is out of your space, Authorised driver is responsible if accident happens and the cover is invalidated and you are not supposed to misbehave. This is totally unacceptable. Michael/Liz, you can't dictate the customers what to do and what not to do outside your office and you better understand your limitations.

Worst place ever. I return the truck with full fill fuels. The meter showed over the full line. They still charge me $30 fuels. Ignore my refuel invoice, and refuse to show me the inspection photo record about the fuel meter. Just charged it directly from my card.The manager Michael is super rude. Check the other comments, there are tons of complaints about him. I have no ideal how he can work so long in this company. This is bad for business.

Truck was meant to be ready by 8am it was not ready until 11am. The truck was not cleaned in the back and stank like homeless people had a party inside. The manager was rude to his staff Infront of me, which is totally unprofessional and rude.

Hired a moving van from this location. Friendly staff. Waited 10-15 minutes to pick up the van. I did not mind as they took the time to properly clean the van before handing over the keys. The return process was slot easier. Just had to ensure the van was filled up, and I just had to drop off the keys. Nice and easy.

We've rented with Budget many times over the years but never in Wagga. There were several problems that arose during the rental period but they were professionally handled in the end.

Michael was so rude, worst customer service experience, he doesn’t know how to talk to customer unwelcoming attitude, He charged me $20 extra for nothing. Don’t hire from here. Consumer affairs should jump in this

There were plenty of trucks available andThe prices are very competitive. However for a first time renter the information given is very poor. We rented a truck with the hydraulic lift. They informed us how operate it but missed out on a major step which made it inoperable and I had to call the head office to get the correct instructions. Also they don’t have the remote for the lift.The driving side door had a bit of an issue not closing properly. Driving on the freeway the door was vibrating so badly and felt like it was about to come off.The light inside the cabin wasn’t working. Found the switch hidden under the body but it wasn’t working so moving stuff after sundown was a bit of in the dark I would say.3 stars for this time and make sure these are working properly for next time.
