Do not use Liam or this company…Quality of work was very average. Has not come back to rectify issues in work. Have given every opportunity to rectify issues. Has cut corners and costs at every opportunities given. Quoted 100mm concrete paths around the house and delivered 50-60mm paths instead. Cracks appearing everywhere in concrete. Didn't secure mesh under concrete. Didn't pressure wash exposed aggregate properly and sludge appears everywhere. Left acid too long on brickwork and has discoloured mortar. Now requires professional cleaning and repair. Have tried numerous attempts to contact and send messages and has completely ignored all calls and will not respond to my messages. Will not come back and fix dodgy work. Have given every opportunity to rectify the issues but keeps ignoring calls. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO PERMABLE DRIVEWAYS. All Permable stones are beginning to come apart due to not being mixed with the resin properly. Have patches everywhere after one month of use. For a $30000 job I expected better. Please be aware of his work. Does not have the experience to do big jobs. Work is not acceptable for the money I have spent. Is only licensed to complete works up to $10,000. Will be taking to VCAT to get job redone due to poor quality of work. Save yourself the time and headache and find someone else to do your job. Buyers beware of this shonky tradie and company
