I found the staff disinterested, the food was over cooked, very dry and shrunken looking. The packaging had no paper liner or cutlery pack. It was a very nasty looking meal and I tossed it away.

At peak times the drive thru queue can be long , but the staff are quick and responsive and we’re in and out of the drive thru in bout 10 mins. Impressive:)

Great staff with quick service, order was 100% correct even with my adjustments. If I'm tuckered out travelling n looking for a quick feed through Gympie again I shall visit for some more good ol dirty bird

The shop was fairly clean, with staff going around cleaning as time permitted. Service was quick and friendly. I did not see any food handling errors (something I am on the lookout for). I do walk out of shops if I see any. The food was well cooked and tasty. Very nice, guys.

At times I've had items missing like sauce or even the potato and gravy. But when I dang and complained the gave me credit. More attention needed by staff.

My friends and I were deciding on what we wanted and just looking at the menu when the front counter employee, Jacob, got very impatient with us and was frustrated that we hadn’t decided what we wanted the minute we got into the shop. His energy while serving us and other people was poor, he seemed like he just didn’t want to be there at all. The entire customer service from the store was severely lacking.
