Excellent quality service, friendly, and super helpful.I went in and asked for one lamb neck, just on a whim. I was told they had been sold out, so I left.Then I went to a shop a couple of doors down. Surprisingly the apprentice butcher appeared in that shop a few moments later and told me that the lamb necks were in stock. I couldn't believe they went to all that trouble for a $4.50 cut of meat. Legends!

Produce quality is excellent. Customer service and advice always happily given and knowledgeable. Have just tried the Pea and Ham soup available today. It’s perfect - never had better!

Butcher made Bone broth is amazing & life giving. Very helpful. Brought out to car with efpos reader as I was unable to leave the car.All meat we have had over the years exceptional & Christmas roast lamb amazing. Thankyou.

Best butcher I've ever had. Excellent meat all around. Good advice in terms of cooking, cuts to buy; have a very wide range of products. Will cut to order. Great staff, who are extremely accommodating (keeping people safe, while ensuring the antivaxxers still get served via home delivery service...really too kind).

Best butcher I have ever been to hands down. Friendly staff who treat you like old friends every time you walk in. So polite and welcoming. I have never had such consistent customer service across a whole team before, such a credit to the leadership team. So much respect for the way they have navigated the changing restrictions, always putting their community first and treating every customer with respect and compassion. And then there is their meat..You won’t find better quality anywhere else. Guaranteed. So much range, some very special aged meats. Every single thing you buy is prepared by hand, including their house smoked bacon. What a treat. 10/5 stars if I could.
