Hillbilly's Crispy Chicken
Lovely chicken shop.Staff are lovely. Please remember to close the door when entering/exiting.Chicken was cooked well, a tick dry on the inside. Just a touch, but safety first. Don't want undercooked chickenBatter is quite thick.Seasoning is applied after cooking. Hot/spicy is actually quite mild or moderate at most varying between a 2-3/5I was hoping for something similar to southern fried chicken or Nashville styled chicken.There was no smoke, no sweetness and no kick or spice that I was hoping for, but that's not Hill Billy's fault. They don't claim to be any of these things.It's good, Crispy, home styled fried chicken done well. It's probably one of the best fried chicken shops you'll find, better than the bland stuff at KFC or Red Rooster.Definitely give some of the sauces a go as well.Go in with an open mind and enjoy the chicken.

Hillbilly's Crispy Chicken
Tasty value for money meals. We had a late lunch here and were pleasantly surprised at both the serving sizes and flavours offered. We ordered the chicken strips and hillbilly chicken burger. As of the side of chips and a drink on the burger. Think old school Oporto flavour and three times the size. Yum!!

Hillbilly's Crispy Chicken
The Hillbilly Burger was so delicious! I can guarantee you that their chicken is out of this world! I am allergic to chicken, but I can't help myself but finish the whole burger because it is so delicious! Another thing is that the Burger is humongous, and they served a lot of chips with chicken salt on it. It is really a bang for the buck!

Great customer service. The flavour of the chicken is excellent and comes in original, mild, medium and spicy. The medium is perfect. The fry is very nice and crunchy.

One of the best joints for a burg in the area, and some of the best fried chicken in Sydney!Heaps good feed at a reasonable price, and to top that, the serving sizes are plentiful.Great service (as always) from Kat, she's delightful to have a chat with, and always makes sure to accommodate for any requests for changes to menu items to meet dietary requirements.Keep up the good work team!

If you love fried chicken, well you've come to the right place. Actually scrap that, if you love great food you've come to the right place. Bring an empty stomach or at least a few hungry friends. If you buy a Beef burger you'll get through half. If you want a wrap, you'll get through half. Not only is the food extremely reasonably priced but the portions are massive. Best onion rings around, my wife won't share so we need multiple serves. Beautiful succulent crispy chicken, great flavours and huge menu.The owners are absolutely lovely and passionate about sharing their love of food with others. Tried a number of items on menu, no bad choices yet.Is there a wait, most likely because everyone wants their food.On Friday and Saturday nights there may be a good hour or more wait but often it gets overstated. A few weeks ago I was told 1.5hrs (which I was happy to wait) but got a sms after 30min telling me to make my way in as it'd be ready in 10min.Will continue to come back again and again!!

Hillbilly's Crispy Chicken
Our first trip to Hillbilly's did not disappoint.We had read about the portion sizes, and we still ordered much too much for 2 of us!Our server was super friendly and helped us navigate the comprehensive menu.The burger was delicious, moist chicken in a crunchy coating - we split it between the two of us.The mixed chicken pieces were stunning - chunky & crunchy they were beautiful as were the dipping sauces we were recommended.To round it all off the fries with liquid cheese were simply the best Ive had. The cheese sauce alone is terrific.

Great chicken. Juicy and tender with a light and crispy, well seasoned batter. Didn't feel too greasy or heavy. Chips decently seasoned chicken salt, but felt dry and starchy.Would pass on the chips next time, but return for the chicken.

Park your car on Yattenden Cr and walk up the alley.tl:dr Great portions at a reasonable price. Fried chicken is fantastic.Return of the Mack: Overall a very good burger. Burger sauce was tasty but somewhat overpowered everything else. Regardless, still one of the best burgers I've ever had.Fried Chicken: the drumsticks were tender, seasoning was on point.Grilled chicken wrap: Good but felt like it was missing something - probably not enough Peri Peri as it was on the bland side (espcially compared everything else).
