Pros- clean- nice building- has a kitchenette and washing machine- lovely historical lift- convenient location- beautiful view- affordableCons:- bathroom door removed from hinges- bathroom window about to fall off- kitchen cupboard doors falling off- flickering lights- shower tap falls off- not enough toiletries- can hear upstairs footsteps very loudly- unusable internet- no soap in kitchen sink dispenser- bathroom and kitchen faucets are wobbly

Amazingly friendly staff, very accommodating. Supported us through some tricky last minute travel plan changes. Will definitely be coming back next time. Beautiful building, very clean. Nice and quiet.

Staff are amazing. Really helped me with an item which we had left behind.The rooms are clean and spacious, but they need some renovation. The location is a few minutes' walk to the restaurants and cafes.

Unpretentious" is not a term I'd use when it comes to the staff.I really enjoyed the room and location. But the staff were rude. Their lack of hospitality and empathy was laughable. Although when I left after the receptionist *mimicked* me I was almost in tears.I was genuinely planning to recommend Regents court to friends that stay in the area once or twice a month

The team at Regents Court are fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, sizeable and had a nice ambience, compact kitchen and bathroom but room enough for the four day stay. It was close to Kings Cross station, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible- they gave us great recommendations and service. The rooftop was amazing and the ability to use the gym was a plus. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Regents Court! From Molly and Jess

I generally don’t like to leave a bad review, but we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The photos of this property paint the property in a very glamorous light, and I would say they are misleading as the room we stayed in was not as bright and updated as the pics seem. However our biggest disappointment was with the bedding, the room we booked was meant to sleep 4, with a queen sized bed and a pull out lounge. The pull out lounge could not be slept on, the frame was buckled and had only a few springs left, so the mattress did not lay flat. The mattress was also less than desirable with the springs sticking out. When we asked for a second mattress, we were provided with a foam topper, which was not sufficient to make the bed sleep-able. As a result our children slept on the mattress on the floor.The reception was not open randomly at various times, and as we had a very busy schedule we were not able to ask for help when it was convenient to us.The parking situation is also pretty terrible, with the paid parking being a 10 minute walk away. Whilst this was manageable due to the ages of our children, some clarity around this would be helpful, because I would imagine it would be very difficult if you did have smaller kids.The kitchenette was also not stocked with resources to make it self sufficient for a family of 4. The complementary milk in the fridge was off.

It was amazing boutique hotel having a sense of 1930’s but the room was completely refurbished with modern style! The room was spotless and spacious. The view in the room was beautiful and the view from the rooftop garden was breathtaking! The room was ready for us early in the morning so that we could get early check-in perfectly. The staff in the reception was very kind and helpful. Moreover, it is very close to the train station and local shops and restaurants are nearby!

The receptionist is friendly. The room has a greasy smell as if someone had just cooked, and can't get rid of it even afrer ventilation. The overall condition is nice with reasonable price. Great location and atmosphere.

This is my first 1-star review on Google and I don't like to leave bad reviews but our experience at this hotel was sadly very disappointing.1. No daily housekeeping despite 4 night stay - We stayed for 4 nights, the welcome sheet says that no daily housekeeping is offered and extra towels are chargeable. Naturally at the end of 4 nights the room is quite dirty. When we brought this up to front desk upon checkout, they said we should have alerted them earlier. So if you're staying long, please do plan ahead and request for the housekeeping, and note that their front desk hours are only 8am-4pm.2. Images of room are misleading - the room we got is the 1930s style room, the pull out bed is spring-y and not comfortable, room is poorly lit, kitchen fridge door was broken so our food went bad, kitchenette is poorly equipped for cooking3. Room is dusty - if you're prone to allergies, this may not be the best stay.
