Evie Charging Station
Very poor customer service. Drove my hire car for twenty minutes to find a charging station. Station went out of service whilst charging. Called the helpline. Overseas call centre with assistant who didn’t know anything and after 10 minutes messing around she informed me that the “charging station was offline” with no information about why or for how long. Wasted an hour. Confirms that I won’t be buying an EV any time soon!!!
