To the female staff member who worked sunday 30/10/22 mid-late morning - you really need to sort your attitude out or find a job you are happy in. I was spoken to abruptly, looked at with a rude expression and was rushed when I was simply being friendly and polite and I used my fuel discount which for some reason seemed to be such a massive inconvenience for this woman even tho it was very simple. There was one customer lined up behind me. I really got the gist she was just a very unhappy person and was looking to take it out on someone who appeared to be having a happy and bright sunday out in the sunshine.

The lady who served me this evening was extremely rude. I was only trying to use a voucher in which I was unsure of the balance, not only was she rude in her approach with handling my balance inquiry she also proceeded to belittle me to the customer behind me after she had finished serving me.

My husband has had over 30 years of fantastic customer service here. We miss the old owner, however we're glad they kept continuity with some long term, and very customer friendly staff, such as Cheryl.

Often reasonably priced fuel. Only the fuel bowser nearest the roundabout has E10, thus you may have to wait a bit of that is what you're after.

The middle-aged, short hair, glasses wearing woman working late/overnight shifts is a stain on the otherwise faultless, exceptional customer service I have come to expect from Samford Ampol. She seems deaf to the door buzzer, pump alarm and any concept of basic customer service. Your role at Ampol is “Customer Service Attendant” but she seems to miss the first two words.

this morning went in to get a 8.5L gas refill for which they tried to charge $39.00. asked if there was anywhere else in town that did refills and he told me no. walked outside and saw a hardware store essentially next door that DO do refills, for $26.00. Thankfully they were decent enough to let me return their gas and get a full refund so I could go next door, but beware the guy who either lied or was too lazy to point me next door.

Very rude and unprofessional staff sunday afternoon. Withdrawal cash from their ATM needed to change $50. He declined unless I buy something. I dont mind to buy things but it will short the money I had to give someone. I have 4 cars filing up everyweek from them, will stop visiting. Very disappointed.
