If there was a half or no star, I would have selected that.Natalie Pappon at flight centre Brighton/Hampton assisted with booking our nz holiday, to then inform our group of additional costs/fees due to negligence after paying the invoice & it not being booked correctly, the week of our trip. 3 months later, we finally received a refund for her mistake - only due to getting consumer affairs involved. Would not recommend flight centre or Natalie to anyone looking to travel.

Booked us into a resort in Bali for $700 per night - the first night was in a dirty old part of the resort and we had to be moved to another sub standard resort on the last night because the resort had overbooked.Even though we had booked and paid several weeks in advanceThen they refuse to refund the two nightsBook yourself online - these people are hopeless
