Aaron was great to deal with in regards to the booking of my parents move from QLD to Canberra. On the day the guys turned up on time and were extremely professional and careful with all my parents belongings, they wrapped everything with care trying to ensure everything made it in one piece. The guys that unloaded in Canberra were great, stacking boxes carefully and neatly… one even took time to tighten the legs on some small side tables when he noticed they were loose, going above and beyond. If you’re moving you couldn’t ask for better service than you get from Ontime Movers.

Seriously never had a stress-free experience with moving like with these guys. I moved interstate and Aaron was so good with communicating with me in the weeks prior to the move, the guys arrived very much on time on the day and packed the whole apartment in 2 hours. They were such a pleasure to deal with, all the staff there had a great helpful attitude and was willing to go the extra mile for us. I really felt taken care of in the process. Best thing was, they have SUCH reasonable prices (one third to almost half of big removalist companies) I thought there had to be a catch or something. Nope, no catches - Aaron was just straight up honest and his team delivered every request I had. I am blown away by this level of support and service during a very stressful time while moving. Thank you Aaron and team, you guys are seriously the best and I would not hesitate sending my friends and family your way in the future! Great work deserves all the credit!

The team were absolutely fabulous. They were so incredibly helpful. The packed all the sensitive items really carefuly and went out of their way to help by helping to set up the washing machine and even lend a hand with a few things that they could see I was struggling with. The were a lovely bunch of guys that really made a stressful day very pleasant. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks to Aaron too for being super responsive and answering all my questions.

Had a great experience with Aaron and his team from start to finish.Damien visited our house and provided a quote and then helped with all my queries to the day of move.Aaron send a great team of 3 lead by James. All the guys were very pleasant and did their work with sincerity, skilfulness and smile on their face.James’s organisation skills and how he handled our stuff was commendable.Everything reached our house safely and the guys placed everything in the rooms as per numbering on the cartons. Again, it was done patiently and in no rush.Great team, highly recommended.

They got back to me same day with a quote which was highly competative and given the size of their fleet were able to assist me with getting a piano relocated on short notice. Their team was also super friendly and managed the job effortlessly. Great work!

Aaron made the booking process very easy. He explained what we could expect and how our move would be done. We had to postpone our move from NSW to WA for a month after it was booked and Aaron had no problems rearranging our booking for us at no extra cost.His team lead by James arrived on time on the day of our move and made our move out seamless. As a result of a relationship breakdown the children and I had to escape our home on an urgent basis. Ontime Movers was very responsive with minimal notice. They were professional at all times, understanding of the sensitive high conflict and stressful nature of the situation that we were subjected to. Highly recommend this service particularly for women and children who require urgent assistance.

Awesome crew quick turnover spoke with Aaron on Monday night and he had his team turn up the next morning boys made it all go smoothly if I could give more stars I would. I'm absolutely so happy with the move thanks ontime movers

The boys where all amazing made the move to our new house as smooth as possible, The day started out pouring down rain but they just got in and got it all done .Took great care of everything and very professional.Also Aaron was amazing to deal with very friendly and great at communicating .Thanks heaps again guys
