I had never met the old hag at the counter before but within 10 seconds of meeting her she insulted me to my face. The whole five minutes we were there, she was barking at my family and I, her attitude was foul and disgusting. She ruined my day.

Do not get your passport photo done. I needed one for the UK, i asked if i could quickly google which size i need and she insisted on just doing the digital one ( shock horror it’s the wrong size)… And when i received the photos it’s not acceptable for a passport photo. I’m not looking at the camera in this particular photo. She took several, so i know there would have been another one she could have picked. Having to go and pay again at a different post office.No regard for customer service at all. no smiles, talking amongst themselves in another language. Maybe i came in on an off day. but won’t ever go there again unless i absolutely have to

Incredible and courteous staff. Although the place was busy they handled my query very well and efficiently. Miles better than the auspost outlet in Galleria.

They are not honest by selling services at higher prices.I wanted to send an item using letter post but they said the item won't fit in the mailbox so they asked me to pay $10 for parcel services. I denied and went to the post office at Morley Galleria and paid only $2.85.Avoid at all costs!

Been here about 3-4 times.Staff always pleasant and helpful.Layout of store a little bit impractical, cluttered but still had all the post office essentials.
