As a cancer patient with lung issues, I wear a mask in public! My choice to protect my health.One of your employees at Your Cowra store, in the plant section, questioned why was I wearing a mask! Told me to take it off, not needed!! I was embarrassed and have not been back in your store since!This employee does not know my medical history nor the advice given to me by my medical team.This was disgusting, humiliating and drew attention to the fact I have medical issues in public.I now do not shop at Cowra Bunnings!Toni Daly

Disappointing to see so many staff members on forklifts answering phones....AND MY DASHCAM DOESN'T LIE....If this situation is ok with your company.... Fine.... But if anyone hits me on their phones using equipment such as forklifts and they best make sure they kill me.... Otherwise IT WILL BE ON....BUNNINGS EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE.YOU START HAVING TO REPLACE THEM....Have a wonderful day....

I am not sure why Ballina Lismore etc product such as garden sleepers are 20% more expensive than any sydney shop and 10% more than tweed heads etc.Simply unjustified transport ?????

Why are the stainless steel electrodes coming in tiny little packets now? That's when stores actually have them. Every other electrode is available in decent sized packets except the stainless. That's ok I will go buy them elsewhere. So much for the convenience.

I was at the Rouse Hill store on Tuesday 24 November 2020, after 5:00pm.I would like to give ‘10 gold stars’ to Kevin, who works garden power tools, but helped me with garden hose fittings. Not once did he speak down to me, which I appreciated, as I told him many from other Bunnings have done so before. Apparently he has only been with Bunnings for about 8 weeks. Well done.Also to Monica in gardening, she could have moved another lady and I on, as we were chatting and almost obstructing an entrance. we did shuffle around to let others in. She would chip into the conversation then move on, and come back. We must have chatted for a good half hour!And to Gail at the front desk, she had the ‘time of day’ for me when I asked how I give good feedback.So a big thank i you to Kevin, Monica and Gail as Rouse Hill NSW.

Bunnings (Fyshwick and Canberra Airport) has provided the worst customer service experience of my life! Back in Feb 2021I looked into having a Kaboodle kitchen designed. To cut a long story short - cupboards wrong size, huge delays receiving new cupboards. No capacity to cook or prepare food because of the mess of panels, baskets etc for 10 weeks! My kitchen is 2.5m sq! All this happened before COVID so they can't blame that. Using the kitchen now but new cupboards have blister marks on them, chipped drawer fronts and pantry door. No one returns emails. Be warned and stay clear. If there was a 'no star' option in order to post this review, I would choose that!

Pathetic customer service bordering on misleading and deceptive behaviour. Contacted them regarding price guarantee with full details and screenshots and basically have been ignored because they don't want to honour this claim. You shouldn't advertise this guarantee if you have no intention to honour it.

Very poor customer service and wholesale supplier back up.I purchased a high tech coating product for garage floor. One batch failed out of 3 purchased. Store was not interested they passed the responsibility to the supplier .I contacted supplier to Bunnings numerous times by email phone calls .No response.I operate a account with Bunnings, in good faith I pay all my invoices. I only now deal with Bunnings only if I have to .

My experience with purchasing online was shocking!!My advice to anyone attempting to use this service is DONT.I attempted to purchase a non-stocked item online for local Bunnings store pickup.The transaction went through and I paid. Would have preferred COD, but this is Bunnings so..... Should be OK. BIG MISTAKEOn checkout after paying there was no option to select pickup store!And after checking out, no acknowledgement email!Then the checkout wanted a delivery address!!!!! Goodness knows why!Despite all this payment was taken.Then there is no email address for non-store complaints issues.And no option to pay COD.And the on-line complaints feedback keeps wanting a login which I do not have because this was a one off purchase.It is difficult to imagine how this could be any more unsatisfactory.

I find the trade desk to be amazingly incompetent. The priority should be to get the trades people’s serviced and back to site as we as having people that are familiar with the industry
