Driving Instructor ..she was very rude and racist, despite following all the rules while driving, she failed me and when asked her for the clarification, she did not had anything to say. I would not recommend anyone to choose Richmond rta for driving test.There is no option to give zero star otherwise i would have given them negative rating.

The staff member are rude the ones who greet you as you walk in and will in fact lie to customers in order to avoid doing their applications when the manger was asked for he then explained that I was right. They also discriminated about my friend’s disability of being dyslexic and told him to fill his form out himself. This is an unreasonable for them would they ask a blind person to fill out their own form? He cannot read a single thing something that would have taken them no more then 5 minutes to do. CUSTOMER SERVICE is suppose to be about helping customers otherwise it’ll be called self serve! Disgusting this place has gotten so bad it’s no wonder everyone makes the drive out to Penrith.

Adam was my instructor for the test, drove through a tough weather, He was very patient and observing the way I was driving.Friendly guy, and very professional, I finally passed my test. :)A small tip to people taking their test it doesnt matter where you take your test as long as you adhere to the rules of driving you will pass, spend an hour and read the handbook, you will know how to drive in Australia especially to the migrants. I dint finish the book the first time I failed the test. But when I read the book completely it gave me more confidence to drive.

Staff are not good very rude one welcomed me at the door,he is skinny tall guy lied and made me go back to get my passport which really not necessary and later when I came back he said we don’t need it, I even tried talking with another lady staff looks like philipino she said just follow the guy, then what’s the point she working there.very upset with them today.

I just passed my driving test today from here. I got Karen. She was the best. Although I was driving way below speed limit sometimes. She didn't mark me down and rather inform me of the speed limit. God bless you Karen.

If i could give 0 stars, I definitely would. My driving instructor was very disruptive and could not be respectful as I was doing my driving test. Weather conditions were already very rough but she just had to make the whole experience even worse. I highly recommend not going to Richmond Service NSW.

Very appreciative of the staff member who processed transfer of registration after recent death of my mother. Understanding and showed empathy, for which I was most grateful.

Passed my driving test in first attempt today. Adam was my instructor and I’m so lucky to have him as my instructor today. He was patient and clear in his instructions. English isn’t my first language, so he repeated the instructions and was very clear and slow in doing so.
