Professional Approach. Met with Chan for my initial appointment, she was punctual, easy to talk to. She explained things clearly. She was a bit like ‘speedy Gonzales’ but managed to get all things done (explanation and treatment) during the allocated time of my session. Will highly recommend her.

Not recommend !!!When they made a mistake , the only way to you is “forgive it, understand and respect them, then accept it”; but when this happens to you... “Oh, you can keep your view, but we still need to charge you money”.When you be nice to them, they just treat you like fools.Let me share my experience to someone consider to attend this place...Last time, The physical therapist promised to send the related information to my email, but I never receive it. So, They don’t keep their words.When I made an appointment successfully, however after a week, the receptionist called me and said they made a mistake to put my appointment at Easter Holidays, the only way you can do is cancel or reschedule the appointment!when I picked up their call in a noisy environment, and I know the new appointment is coming in April after Easter, I think they should send me the confirmation message and remind message before a day(at the past appointment, they did send the reminder message before a day).So... that’s what the bad thing happened!!!I received the remind message on day at 7:42 but the appointment coming at 10:00, the message still said the cancellation policy is required 12 hr....After I called the reception to reschedule the appointment, and explained because I did not receive the remind message before a day, and I needed to take care my infant at home, it’s impossible for me to attend the appointment if I do not get someone else to help me take care of him. But they just insisted if I not attend this appointment they still charge the money because the cancellation policy, when I asked them why send the remind message on appointment day, they said because the Easter. Everyone know Easter is holiday, the remind message why not send before Easter?They just insisted that that’s your responsibility to remember your appointment, it was totally fine even the remind message sent on the appointment day. Finally, “you can keep your view, but we still need to charge you money if you not turn up”. And said I should respect them!I was so regret to be nice and forgive they mistake and don’t cancel the appointment.So ridiculous experience!

I've had really good experiences with the Complete Care Physio Health Group over the last few years. They are very professional, caring and supportive. I had a really good session with Ashmita today- she remembered everything about my condition (although she saw me only once a year ago), listened to my input and provided helpful treatment and management strategies. On top of everything else- they are all really nice. I highly recommend them.

Please read it completely before visiting or booking appointment with them.I am at Work Cover. I visit this clinic every Monday at 10:20 am for a physio session.I have faced several times appointment timing issues, such as you coming 20 minutes late or earlier, missing your first session, etc.Later on, not to repeat this problem, I booked my two months appointments in advance on a Monday at 10:20 am to avoid misunderstanding.Today, dated 17-10-2022, when I was at the clinic for my appointment, they gave my appointment's first session which is 20 minutes, to a private visitor;  and asked me if I have to wait or if I want to cancel it. When I started asking them a reason, they said to me; it's a clinic. It goes like this.Very unprofessional way of communicating with clients, and today I do realize that is why I have been messing up my session in the past with them.Since my insurance is paying them for my visit, either way, if I am missing it or coming late, they are trying to adjust random patients with the appointments of those on work cover to earn some extra money.I have experienced these things with myself and with the other patients who are on the work cover.

Very pleased with the service I have recieved. My back was very stiff and a few visits under my care plan has helped a lot.
