Very happy with E.M’s dog Grooming having tried them for the first time. We’ve got a dog with a lot of energy who won’t stay still so not easy to groom but the end result is great and she loves her new coat. Will be back.

Wonderful caring relaxed dog groomers.I was able to stay throughout the wash and groom and Hamish our rescue dog seemed to enjoy the whole process.Elyse and Shane were so gentle and reassuring.Hamish came out with a great haircut and it was very reasonably priced.I will definitely be going back.

Elyse is very caring and wonderful at grooming Bubbles, Bubbles can be very nervous, but Elyse makes her feel safe.

Elyse is great, we've been taking our Labrador Ned for regular dog washes. She's friendly, does a professional job & lives locally which is a bonus. Recommend.

Can't recommend E.M's Dog Grooming highly enough. I'm lucky enough to be neighbours and I never see a dog going home after a grooming who isn't happy as hell with their tail wagging high. My dog had his first ever bath in his entire four years on this planet with Elyse and Shane today and they were so amazing in handling his anxiety. A friend of mine squirted my dog in the face with a hose when he was a pup and he's been traumatised severely by water ever since. I've only ever been able to brush and dry shampoo him. Leading up to his bath, Elyse let my dog visit her workspace a few times without other dogs present to get to know her and Shane and let him feel more comfortable. I stayed with him while he got his bath to help out reassuring him and Elyse and Shane were so gentle and caring with him throughout. Absolute pros. I was surprised he didn't fight to get out of the bath like he was possessed. By the time he was washed, dried and brushed he was so happy and smiling, and he was given some treats to reinforce the good experience.Thanks guys. We'll be back soon to reinforce this great experience. Whether you have a dog who needs gentle easing into bathing or a show dog who loves it, bring your beloved pupper here. My first time at E.M's and they were fantastic. They not only asked me what I wanted done, but also asked questions to get know my boi as well. They were super quick with great result and very reasonably priced.

Elyse did an absolutely amazing job with our two Toy Poodles. Their cut looks simply divine. Elyse was very knowledgeable on all aspects of grooming. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
