Thanks to William, my new computer is up and running like a silent beast!. I had called up William on Thursday afternoon to see if he can build my new PC on the same day to my surprise he was able to get it done within 3-4 hours which was very convenient for me. The service was top notch, excellent communication and the after hour service is very impressive. To put it in simple words reliable, fast, excellent communication and quality service. I will definitely be going back to fix my Macbook Pro in the near future. Thank you William once again for your excellent service, it is very much appreciated. THIS GUY IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!

My Asus laptop had intermittent frozen screen with speaker feedback. It kept turning off and restarting.I rang FastFix and took laptop in and fixed same day. The technician, William, is very polite and friendly.I watched him take my laptop apart with care and expertise, answering my questions. By elimination, he found the hardware and software causes of my laptop problems.Will kindly fixed them for a very good price. There are prices on his website and Will is consistent. He also gave free advice on utilities and computer maintenance.Thank you so much Will!

After leaving my hard drive with another repair shop who was unable to retrieve my corrupted photos, I found Will here with a google search, read the reviews and elected to let him have a go at retrieving my photos. Best decision with a fantastic outcome. A real nice bloke, who doesn't charge the world and more importantly retrieved my photos. An absolute gentleman and good at what He does, taking the time to explain the fault and rectification. Highly recommending Will is an understatementRich............

Home office, make sure you call ahead! Great service - fast, friendly and cheaper than nearby competition.I needed a laptop part replaced (I already diagnosed it was the charging port). The part was in stock. I provided the laptop, and it was returned to me 2h later fixed. The quoted price was 1/3rd cheaper than a nearby competitor who did not have the part in stock.

Amazing customer service and skills. Their lead technician helped me with a difficult problem I was having and solved it very quick. Cost was far cheaper, if not too cheap, I insisted on paying more so I am very grateful they could help solve my issue. Go here first before anywhere else in Merrylands Granville Guildford or Parramatta
