Unfortunately, I cannot say I would recommend Isabelle to anyone. I booked her for my wedding hair and makeup and although she was able to accommodate our covid date postponements, getting in touch with her to confirm details was VERY difficult. She ignored my months of calls, text messages, many emails and also instagram messages. She only got in touch a few days before my wedding and said she got me confused with another bride" this was very stressful for me leading up to our big day. She did a great job on my hair and makeup on the day

Nearly a disaster for my daughters Year 12 formal when Isabelle said she had mucked up the booking and could only do make-up and not the hair and suggested a salon nearby instead. There was no time and she reluctantly agreed to 'bash them both out' in the hour she had available. However she still charged the full price of $205 for the hour rather than the 1hr 45min that was indicated. It looked good but the way she initially tried to fob off the hair was very stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't risk using her again.

Isabel is absolutely incredible.I felt so relaxed and comfortable on my formal morning knowing that my makeup was going to be perfect! I felt so beautiful and the makeup lasted all day & night!I couldn't have dreamed of anything more perfect. She was amazing at organising things and was so easy to deal with. Thank you so much Isabel ❤️
