Fort Knox Self Storage

I have been using Fort Knox Storage for many years and had different sizes and durations. Today I finished off my latest stay and was greeted by the duty manager Stacey when I was moving things out and she was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process of ending my contract and closing off my account. She made every effort to ensure I was taken care of and even offered me a cold drink and brought to the unit whilst I was moving back and forth to my trailer. She made the whole experience so easy and hassle free and was so nice to deal with.I wish all employees everywhere were half as good as Stacey.The staff overall have been great at Fort Knox at Vermont but Stacey was a standout today.I will always use Fort Knox for my storage requirements and recommend them 110%.

The customer service of this company is second to none. All the encounters have not only been helpful and informative but super friendly which makes a world of difference. They are very efficient and constantly keep you on the loop with updates. The facilities are clean, secure and resourced with great equipment. Would recommend anyone if they are looking for a place to store this is the place!

I've been to a number of storage lockers over the last year as my partner was being abandoned storage lockers . This facility stands out as the best. Modern clean well designed. Bright and cheerful. Great parking trolleys to load and unload very impressive. Deserves 5 stars for sure.

Always helpful, never pushy. They’ve always assisted me well with many options and handy packaging for our needs. They call back, but only as a courtesy

Our furniture felt secure at a reasonable cost, and the staff were very helpful, even to the point of getting us drinks when we were doing the hot job of moving everything out.

The actual storage facilities and service was good. But we physically went into the office and paid for the 3 days until we were taking the furniture out and then found they had taken another $570 out of our bank account for the next month when we had already finished storing there.. This left us short of money when we are moving house and was very much unappreciated. We do not recommend this facility.Very very poor business practice, close to illegal. Then they have the cheek to get us to fill in a request for credit when it's their mistake.

Excellent customer service. Rosemary was fantastic. Clean and secure storage.
