Disgusting service from Bill Balfas and Leonie Barning. Extremely rude over the phone and did they were not helpful when i was moving out. I will never use First National Real Estate because of this horrible experience. Insulted me over the phone, and shut the phone in my face because they refused to give my bond back, despite me leaving the house in great condition, and leaving them 2 built in wardrobes! Unbelievable. I didn't take any legal action because what for? For a 1000 or 2000? I don't care, i just hope they feel good about themselves for what they did, and i know they will get what they deserve. For what it's worth, Simon was good over the phone when you compare him to Bill and Leonie who were just RUDE

I have been dealing with Simon Mandile First National for over 20 years and their service to me has always been first class. They manage several properties for me and my family. I was so impressed, I am now working as part of the team.

Do not recommend this agency at all.Really unprofessional and unethical. Felt bullied the whole time we lease with them. We had their most recent agent walking in the house out of his mind. Always trying to find wrong when eveything is right, embarrassing himself.As an owner, I would never think about them to place my asset into someone hands. Really bad choice.As a tenant, good luck.Hope this review helps you.
