The whole experience of having the solar organised and installed, has been very professional and of a high standard. From the sales team to the installers, I have been very happy and would highly recommend.

I have just had Sunrise power install solar panels on the roof of our home, and couldn't be happier. 19, Q cell 350 watt panels, SolarEdge Genesis Inverter, and SolarEdge power optimisers. Chris Whelan was my first contact providing excellent assistance. David's knowledge was superb, the ladies in the office helped enormously when applying for the state and federal rebates. And on a wet installation day Simon, Jessie and another who's name I forget performed very professionally re-configuring the position of some panels to produce a great result.I highly recommend Sunrise power.

Kept informed about all stages of the buying and installation of a Reclaim Heat Pump system. Job carried out professionally and politely and area left clean and tidy upon completion.Heat pump much quieter than I anticipated and after a few hours piping hot water is being delivered.Very very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone .

I'm based in the Alpine shire, and I have a tricky tall, small , south facing roof, so didn't think I'd even be able to get a solar system on it. Quotes I chased varied from designs on my neighbours roofs, or promises from melbourne based installers that just seemed impossible.The Sunrise guys came out to take a look for free, and together with the team in the office came up with a unique solution using commercial panels and custom racking. I felt like I found the best possible solution and the team covered off all my stupid quesitons and made applying for the government rebates a 5 minute job. The quote ended up on par with others I'd received for standard (but impossible) solutions.From site visit to completed install and comission was a couple of weeks, even after a weather cancellation and COVID lockdown, (I've had friends in the area with normal roofs wait almost 6 months!), and the guys were super accomodating to make sure that the install didn't impact the design of my house.Even in the middle of winter with my tiny north facing roof, I'm now carbon neutral, and I can see which devices are pulling power and change my usage to get the most from my system.I get excited about sunny days!I had one small hiccup with the software on my smart meter, and the team came back to sort it out - it's often the way the team handle the things that go a little sideways that is the mark of a good company.Cannot recommend these guys enough.

My experience has been good with Sunrise Power Solutions. System has been online for a few months now and the returns have been great. I went with the Longi Panels and the Huawei inverter with no issues. Installers did a good job and left the site clean. I would recommend to others. G&L
