Poor service, no effort to approach or assist in anyway, actively avoiding eye contact (trying to politely get assistance). Definitely felt uncomfortable thanks to the dirty looks upon my entry to the shop.

My son wanted his ears pierced for his 6th birthday. We walked in, they helped us straight away, super friendly, symmetrical, fast, pretty much painless experience, paid and left. Great job, hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend for everyone , including children.Thanks so much, he loves them.

My daughter had her ears pierced with a needle (instead of a gun) on this occasion. Much less redness and trauma to her ears. The service was conducted thoughtfully and professionally. Also, the earrings fitted are fantastic as they do not have the traditional backing and are most comfortable. Thank you!

I called ahead as I live 2 hours away and asked if they pierced toddlers ears they told me yes and to come in and I get there and she tells me she can’t do it!I specifically called and asked because I live so far away and it’s a long drive with a toddler . That’s 5 hours of my life I won’t get back .

Booked a trim Friday last week and asked for a hairdresser confident with curly hair and was guaranteed this. The hairdresser was nice but did hack at my hair a bit, finished in under ten minutes and charged me $45. I was bit confused and embarrassed and didn't have time to query it then. I called next day and left messages which was finally returned the following Wed. I explained the situation the phone and just wanted to understand why a 5 minute job cost so much (especially as she only cut less than 1/3 of my head as the rest is shaved??) but the lady on the phone just kept saying 'that's the price'. When I added I was uncomfortable bringing it up in store with the hairdresser she scoffed. Then when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, so I could understand where the money went, she just repeated her only response 'that's just the cost'. I thanked her for her time and unfortunately I won't be returning and she hung up on me? I don't understand why, honestly?Not very impressed and walked out with an uneven haircut which looks worse once I straightened it. Wish Ellie still worked there :(

We had a walk in appointment to get my daughters ears pierced and the staff were very friendly and experienced. We were offered the option to have her ears done by either gun or needle and they explained everything step by step as they went which put both mine and my daughters mind at ease. The shop, including piercing area was very clean and sterile. We’re very happy with the service received.

I got my fringe cut a while back. The lady made my fringe bigger(wider) and made it look like a bowl cut. Its also uneven. My dad said to go ask for a refund but because i was polite to the lady i told her i liked it so to not upset anybody...
