If there was less and 1 star I would give them that. What a joke of a dealership. My parents brought a bike there in 2019 a Polaris 500.Since the bike was new it had no ends of trouble. When we collected the bike, the roof was cracked which no one would own up to. Had to speak to Polaris head office which they said it was probably only an assembly issue. Which I get but just own up to it. There has been a whole host of issues with this bike through out it’s life. The first few services were good until the bike was getting to the end of its warranty. Only Half the bike was getting serviced (ie battery water levels not checked , which 1 day later caused the battery to die, drive lines and major parts not greased, then when ringing to ask why, be told we don’t know what we are looking at) (my folks are farmers, no need for asking) Tried speaking to the sales team, no help, tried speaking to the service manager, no help, which was also the owner apparently. My folks live at least 3hr round trip away from this closet dealership. So usually loose a day dealing with these people and no effort is ever made to help with there concerns. Definitely go to Dalby mower supplies as they are extremely friendly and helpful there. I believe Polaris do make a good bike but these jokers don’t know how to maintain it. Don’t waste your time.

New to Toowoomba and I went in there with a pocket full of money with intentions of purchasing a brand new dirt bike outright.After walking in and saying gday to a young bloke serving behind the counter and was pretty much ignored. I put it down to just another sullen youth with a mobile phone as a life support system that needs their undivided attention.I almost felt uncomfortable so I left,Went down to an opposition dealer and was blown away with the great service and friendly nature. I left with a brand new bike plus a heap of factory extras fitted to boot....mission accomplished.Please review your staff dear owner as they lost you a hard cash sale with options fitted to keep your service people gainfully employed as well.
