Westbrook Estate Sales Centre

My interaction with Levan, the sales consultant at the Westbrook Estate Sales Centre, has been nothing short of extraordinary. She is super knowledgeable, professional and spared no details in any of her answers to my billion questions about the estate. I also really appreciate her honesty on the future plans (she would say what she knew and did not attempt to 'sweeten' the estate by promising anything that Dennis Corp haven't confirmed yet). I've already sent around five of my closest friends her way and I would highly recommend to drop in and ask for her insight as well. She is easily the best sales consultant I've ever met across any industry. Keep up the awesome work!

Do not recommend buying a lot from Westbrook or Dennis family corporation, absolutely ridiculous conditions attached. If you have a problem or an urgent matter be prepared for your calls and emails to be ignored and no communication or solutions.

Guys, WESTBROOK have Very bad Management decisions when releasing the new Land. I had my Deposit with them since last year over the last 5 months. I put my Deposit in for a Block but was unable to take it as we needed a Bigger block. I kept my deposit with them and was in contact with the Sales team in search of a Bigger block. Up until last year December 2020,I was given information that I can take a Bigger block once new Land released as I was in their list as Active customer looking for Block and all off a sudden the Management decided to give the stage 46 on a Ticket Basis who comes first early in the Morning. We went in the Morning at 4 am on 23rd when Stage 46 Released, but some one else took it as they managed to get Ticket first. What did I get after waiting for 6 months? waste of Time and EMBARRASSMENT"?I have my own business

One of the worst developers, booked a land 2 years back, keep delaying, not keeping the promises, the land price is extremely high, the development progress is like 3rd world country, wont recommend to buy anyone from them, they pushed hard to deposit the land money with 10% deposit but keep delaying, dont know when they will handover the title, stay way from these guys!

I did not visit the Sales Centre. I was riding my bike and sightseeing the area. This Estate looks very nice, they have a good park and some beautiful features. The location is also convenient as it is not far from the Train station and the Shopping Centre.

Unfortunately i had the worst experience ever . I paid a deposit on a lot then couldnt settle due to covid and my financial situation . They refused to give me back my money or even part of it and reserved rights which is true in the 1k pages of contracts. The funny thing is that the conveyancer which was recommended by their sales team is the worst. I didnt even know that my land contract is not subject to finance . I think this is my fault not being smart enough to see where this is going . The funny thing they refused even to apply additional rebate if i nominate the land then later changed their mind when the guy who was interested found another property. I must say its my fault but I thought that they would show empathy in a way or another by giving back part of the deposit . I am also glad that i didnt proceed there as its a rip off prices anyway .

Absolutely terrible conditions attached to building your house make note that you CANNOT build your dream house but must do the bidding of the pedantic design team who nitpick and go beyond what is expected of a design team for instance I understand certain regulations to ensure a cohesive view however nitpicking and delaying every plan because of minute concerns such as shade of brick is extremely frustrating. The sales team are also only interested in pushing a sale and brushing over the other LIST of conditions attached. Also even after compiling with the design panels whims they STILL continue to delay plan approval despite constant calls and emails to them stating the urgency required.SO if your want to build YOUR dream house stay far away from Westbrook but if you want to build THEIR dream house then by all means go ahead.

Roads are too narrow. There are literally no parks and developers has just tried to make money out of it. Never buying again from Dennis family. There is a small park where I live and developers have made few one bedroom units there to make money. They have not left any space for parks and any other amenities.

When I bought land in May 2016 I was told to get land titled in August September 2017, then it's been delayed to October, December, February 2018 and last month when I visited they said March 2018. I am still not sure whether I will get my land in March 2018. Roughly 2 years after putting 10% deposit which is not fair.Please be aware when they release land they say anticipated titles about a year which never happened so far. Same story with my friend who bought way before me and still hasn't got his land titled..Other estates around are much faster in land settlements. Worth trying before making any decision...

Avoid at in cost, it would be an expensive mistake you will make. They have such a strict development guidelines which won’t allow you to build home of your choice. Some of their guidelines are good but most don’t make any sense at all. They can delay settlement for a year because they are unable to complete the project on time however they won’t allow you to delay by one day if you do they will charge you a penalty. Stay away from them. Do not trust what sales person say as their verbal commitment doesn’t stand anywhere. I have built homes in 2 estates and this is the worst one.
