I was ready to drop hundreds of dollars here but couldn’t get the attention of a single staff member. You had 10+ people on, all too busy pretending to restock shelves or on their phones… so I went to Mecca instead, customer service was thousands of times better.

I have been to Sephora many times and my all time favourite person there is Lydia. She has always been able to help me. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel special and I always leave the store feeling so happy.Like today, I had an old lipstick that I loved but had been discontinued. Lydia searched the whole store to find the same colour and found the perfect match! I was sooo happy! This is the best service I have ever had at makeup store. I recommend her services.

I've been into Sephora at the Canberra Centre twice now and both times the staff have failed to acknowledge me in any way, or ask if I need help. Today I stood next to the Anastasia display for a good five mins and no one came over. I also looked for someone but each time I approached someone they just looked away and kept walking.Will never come here again. Mecca is 100 times better and as soon as you walk in the door someone offers to help you.Beginning to think all the ladies who didn't make it at Mecca now work at Sephora.

I went to get a sample of new KVD foundation and they only had 20 shades on display. I asked if they had the other shades and they did but do not provide testers of them and can’t display them as there is no room. They said they could sell it to me if I knew my shade.As they do not offer returns for slightly used products (unlike Mecca), how are you supposed to blindly purchase a shade and know whether it will match or work with your skin type without trying it first? If you don’t let people return them if it’s the wrong shade or doesn’t work for them then you need to provide tester samples of all shades.They get a second star for at least stocking all the shades.

I was minding my own business looking at the shelf and a staff lady had no joke stood right in front of my face, showing a client some makeup. There was Atleast 2 feet between me and the shelf so you could imagine she was that close. I proceeded to say “excuse me?” And she just looked at me weird and walked away. Cool. And then gave me looks the whole time I was there. Honestly felt so uncomfortable I left. Whatever your name is Lidia, however you spell it. Yuck.

Was asking for tester to take home, they are helping for that amazingly. So, it's better for me to choose after going home, every time buy things and doesn't suits. Definitely recommend them.

lovely staff, they always recommend the best products. i have never been to sephora and not been happy with what i got. could expand their shop a bit and add some more brands, but otherwise i love it!
