They sell cheap, poor quality products at a premium price. Save your money (and time) and buy a cheapie" from a hardware store that might actually accept your return if things go awry"

I had an issue with a fan I purchased from floor stock. The remote didn’t work. It was taken back by my electrician. He was served by 2 young ppl who where polite and professional. They were helpful and took the time to sort out the issue and replaced the remote. I would recommend Beacon Lightning Chirnside without hesitation.

The products here are NOT FIT FOR USE. They are all bent after installation. They sent replacement products and they too are bent. They area manager checked 5 more stores and couldn't find any products that were actually fit for use. All bent and it usable. Their argument is they are still electrically compliant to Australian Standards. Shame they aren't actually usable though. I've been trying to get a replacement for 11 months now and still not getting anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. How is this product still on display in their stores???
