Anytime Fitness Randwick

Lovely gym!!! Just like all the anytime fitnesses, this gym has a welcoming environment and is well maintained. The show stopper of this gym is the staff and the kind hearted nature of their assistant club manager Aaliyah. She hasn't been there for very long but she is such a light!!! She gets you motivated and pumped up for a great workout!!!! I hope to see her more often. Love your work!!

I joined this gym and then cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period as it was too far from my home and parking was busy. This was two months ago. To this day I am still getting emails from Anytime Fitness for overdue fees. I have sent so many emails back asking for my account to be cancelled, as per my legal rights under the contract. If this continues I will be reporting to Fair Trading.Completely unethical conduct - honour your contract AF, and allow people to cancel within cooling off without charging their account.DO NOT join this gym.

Great team and the environment is very welcoming with the gym having a good standard of equipment. Would definitely recommend to check out.

I am embarrassed to be a part of this gym. My asthma and allergies are consistently triggered when working out here; the amount of dust and grime covering machines, windows, fans, ceiling ducts, walls etc is horrendous. The airconditioning is sub-par, the water fountain dispenses warm water, and the bathrooms are an absolute disgrace - always. Toilets are always blocked/unflushed. Yesterday all four toilets had issues; blocked, pee all over the seats and yesterday I had to wipe with a paper towel (!!) as there was no toilet paper. Also yesterday, two out of the three wipe dispensers were completely empty. The no towel no train policy is not enforced whatsoever, so wipes are needed before using any sort of equipment. I am very seriously concerned regarding the health and hygiene practices of this gym. This gym is screaming out for help.

I only visited this anytime today because I wanted to get a workout in before heading to the beach. So I'm not sure if this reflects well on the regular condition of the gym. The equipment is quite old and some machines could need some maintenance. The no towel no train" policy is not enforced even when staff is on-site. It's a bit unhygienic that majority of the people train without towels

Might be small but makes up for it with super friendly staff!!! The vibe is always immaculate.Highly recommend getting some training sessions in with Liam the PT. He's amazing! Super knowledgeable and importantly always fun and positive!

I have been AF's member for the last 3.5 years & i must say i have never come across such a poorly managed & maintained branch as Randwick.First of all, there was an issue with my membership. The branch manager (Alanah) signed me up to start in 3 weeks' time promising that i would be able to access all other branches from day 1 (as it was important for me due to nature of my job). But when i called her to confirm this just before my commencement date, i was told that it was not the case & she made a mistake. There was no prior communication made to me by the branch manager regarding this nor any resolution was provided to me even after calling her 3-4 times. The whole experience was very dodgy & seemed like they were just after the money. I must say, the branch manager definitely needs a lot of training in communication & customer service skills.After all this hassle, when i commenced my membership with them, the poor & incapable management of the gym was quickly evident.I have attached few pics of the gym. As can be seen, there are no sanitizers/wipes/paper towels in the gym, no place to hang the cardio mats anywhere (they're just piled up behind one of the racks), the tricep ropes are about to be snapped (they are literally hanging by few threads) & the worst thing is the existing water tap doesn't work so nowhere to fill up a bottle.I have been to many different branches of AF, but this is probably the worst branch there is.I made a huge mistake trusting their words & now i am stuck with them for the next 30 days.I hope this review helps others who are looking to join the gym & hopefully encourages the management to offer facilities to their customers worth their money.

The gym is actually quite nice and well equiped, unfortunately I had to step back from the contract and used the cooling off period (signed up Thursday and cancelled Tuesday) , all according to their terms and conditions. I even went into the studio the next day to confirm that they received my cancelation and was assured that they did. Nevertheless, I got charged the membership fee 3 days later. Very unprofessional.

Amazing gym! The culture here is amazing and everyone is so friendly. The equipment and facilities are also so new and great

Best gym I have ever been at. Spotlessly clean, great equipment, friendly staff and clients. Access facility a great advantage. I would heartily recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking to join a gym.
