Robert Cusack Pool, Indooroopilly State School

Robert Cusack pool after the lengendary Olympian, who used to coach swimmers at this pool. It is part of the Indooroopilly state school and helps train students of all grades and boasts of being the training ground for internationally renowned swimmers. The pool is not enclosed but heated to a comfortable temperature. The pool has recently been nominated for upgrades to the water quality equipment by the Queensland government. The pool is open only to the students of the school and can be accessed from both Russell terrace (through the school) and Taringa parade. The staff and instructors are great at what they do. Limited parking slots are available just outside the pool. Highly recommended.
